  3. | This program is designed for the CHESS enthusiasts who frequently will set |
  4. | up a CHESS board to replay a CHESS game presented in some printed form.    |
  5. |                                                                            |
  6. | The source for the game may come from a CHESS book, a CHESS magazine or    |
  7. | the CHESS column in a local newspaper or the players own games.            |
  8. | Whatever the source, the purpose of this program is for the user to be     |
  9. | able to transfer the CHESS MOVES instructions directly from the printed    |
  10. | media into a computer batch file, then call for this file when invoking    |
  11. | program CHESSRP3 and have the computer play the game.                      |

  13. | The advantages of this approach are obvious:                               |
  14. |                                                                            |
  15. | . Having the computer taking charge of the actual MOVES, leaves the player |
  16. |   free to concentrate on the game.                                         |
  17. | . Once the MOVES batch file has been created, the GAME can become part of  |
  18. |   a permanent LIBRARY of CHESS games, to be recalled at will.              |
  19. | . Likewise, it can be SHARED or TRADED with other CHESS players who are    |
  20. |   users of program CHESSRP3.                                               |
